If, based on the procedures a company sends us the caller has a true emergency we will verify any additional charges, ensuring that there is a verbal confirmation recorded on the call. We will triage true emergency calls from non-emergency calls and work with your on-call list to ensure emergencies are dispatched and repaired quickly.

Our trained Agents will work with you and your administrative staff to ensure that After-Hours calls are answered, messages are taken, and dispatches are completed when they need to be. We can hold all non-urgent calls for a morning recap, allowing your team to know who has called, and prioritize call backs and service work.
